The training is being offered through the NRF Foundation. Students taking the course will learn: • Products and services • Assessing and meeting customer needs • Preparing for selling, gaining customer commitment and     closing the sale • The importance of common employability skillsThe course fee includes a learner’s guide, which will serve as a reference to prepare for the assessment exam and one proctored test exam. The Cus-tomer Service and Sales credential is nationally recognized and appropriate for anyone interested in pursuing a career in retail.
