Sussex Technical High School will conduct commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2012 on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 6 p.m. in Raven Stadium.
During rehearsal, seniors were given 5 tickets for admission to the school in case of rain. Three tickets will get holders into the gymnasium and the remaining two tickets will get holders into nearby classrooms to watch the ceremonies on closed-circuit television. A decision concerning the weather will be made by noon and posted on the school’s website.
Gates will open at 5 p.m. Handicap seating is available in the outdoor stadium on both sides of the football field. No one is allowed on the football field (or out of the gymnasium bleachers) until after the ceremonies are completed. No loud noise makers are allowed.
Special arrangements have been made for parking. For the safety of everyone, please adhere to the parking attendants’ directions. Click on Graduation Parking Letter for complete instructions.
