Sussex Tech Adult Education announces Food Handler Training Course

Sussex Tech Adult Education recently announced that it will be offering ServSafe Food Safety Training and Certification courses for local restaurants, their employees and prospective employees. ServSafe, developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), is the premier source for food safety training, recognized by more jurisdictions than any other food safety program in the country.

The ServSafe Food Handler course will consist of 12 hours of classroom training. The course will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings March 17, 18, 24 and 25. Classes will run from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The cost of the course will be $150.00 and the tuition covers all materials.
