Members of Sussex Tech’s DECA team recently participated at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Orland, Fla., joining more than 20,000 members from across the globe. Competing on behalf of Tech and the Delaware team were Hayley Talbot of Georgetown and Ana Domingo of Bridgeville, competing in Travel and Tourism Team Decision-Making; Cassidy Chaivre of Laurel, competing in Professional Selling; and Jenna Gibbons of Milford, competing in Hospitality and Tourism Professional Selling. Sussex Tech students were accompanied by advisor Kimberly Thomas. Delaware’s team was made up of 73 students.
